Hardly Few TLs & Managers are good and supportive. So, it's luck factor if you join them, you will have work life balance and get to learn something.

Can submit Fake experience , still HR department will not notice. For GET/PGET they can enjoy salary for 1.5 years without any work. Anonymous increment/market corrections in October. Company adjusts dates and batch for family members such that both husband and wife can go together for euro trip.
