Work from home facility, but it largely depends on your rapport with the manager. Unfortunately, this means that who engage in more personal flattery often get preferential treatment, including indefinite work from home periods. So if you want extended WFH, improve your flattery skills because rest of your experiences are secondary skills as per company policy.
Dislikes
1. This is not an employee-focused company; its all aoubt what works for management. Employees often feel like their concerns and well being take a back seat to the management preference and decisions.
2. The HR and the management here is very arrogant and egoistic, unable to handle constructive feedback and criticism. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, they tend to seek revenge or isolate the person who speaks up.
3. The HR here used to work in construction and fertilizer manufacturing environment, and unfortunately carry the same attitude into this company. The HR's approach to managing people and policies feels out of the place in a coorporate setting, making things more rigid and unapproachable.
4. The policies in this company are amoungst its biggest failures. The management operates with the startup and old production comapnies mentality, lacking the structure and understanding needed to effectively handle company operations and employee needs.
5. Opportunities for growth and promotions are severely lacking. It's not uncommon to see in this company that a highly skilled experienced professional with 20 years of experience being replaced by someone with just 3 years of experience and bachelor's degree as their base qualification just purely due to favouritism and internal politics.
6. When joining the company, you are initially shown attractive policies and promises. However, the reality is that the company only values the experience gained internally. External experience and education qualifications are disregarded, meaning you wont gain much of the rcognition and benifits from your prior knowledge and experience.
7. Job security is virtually non existent here. The company frequently hires and fires empolyees, creating an unstable work environment with no assurance of long term employment....Read More
