Company doesnt celebrate any festivals in India citing cultutral neutrality reasons. Basic motive behind this is as Indian office is cost reduction center they want to reduce extra costs. Can submit Fake experience , still HR department will not notice. For GET/PGET they can enjoy salary for 1.5 years without any work. Anonymous increment/market corrections in October. Company adjusts dates and batch for family members such that both husband and wife can go together for euro trip.

All Perks for higher management. No Diwali Gifts. Micro Management. No Team Outing. Experience not rewarded. Only MAN experience is of value while increments.
