Firstly HR and Director both are Rude, Egoistic. Company arranges the working days according to work load that means you have to work all 7 days while in workload. And wont be paid for extra work. If you perform well you are not appreciated if you do a small mistake youll be insulted like we are paying you without any reason. Youll are not doing favour on us.
