No good work places, Salary not give on time and no good facilities

If you leave this company, then they will stop your salary and they will not pay. Work culture is poor, here everything about relationship (nepotism). They never pay you monthly. They will stop your salary upto 4-5 months then they will pay 1 month salary. Food is also terrible there. There is no time for your personal work. Management used to listen their relatives only. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, here is salary is low and your career growth is zero. They provide you food but the quality of food is very low even workers eat better than their food.

Wrost compony i have ever seen in my life. Salary is panding 6 to 7 month . Also if you switch another compony he no pay any panding salary. In simple words its a tipical contractor(thekedaar).
