Malabar Company in kolkata is good for freshers ,but experienced professionals may find it disappointing. The company promise many benefits at the time of hiring , but in reality , those promises are rarely fulfilled.

Ex-Delayed Confirmation:-Trainers have to wait up to more than1 Year 10 months. Delayed offer letter:-offer letters are sometimes issued after 1 year of joining. No benefit for Trainers:-During the training period, employees do not receive bonuses, PF or any others perks. Lack of respect for Bengalis:-As a Kerala based company, there seems to be little respect for Bengali employees, creating a biased work place environment. While it can be a stepping stone for freshers to gain some initial experience, experienced professionals might be better off working elsewhere.
