My colleagues have been cooperative but I failed to understand the criteria when it came to promotions. I felt that those who brag about work get better appraisals than those who actually work hard.

Sometimes, I felt excluded and under-appreciated. There were times when I got more work than I could handle but I never got any compensation for working so hard. Their appraisals are very demotivating. The scope of career growth is negligible in this company unless you brag and show off a lot about how much you are into your work. He will say even college people knows that. 2. Less hikes even if you're really good performer. 3. planning to take long leave ? Coming back after maternityleave ? Just now got married and planning to be relaxed for few weeks ? Be ready for daily bullying and humiliation from your manager. 4. People only talk in hindi even in scrum and meetings. 5. You can take few WFH(2-3) in a month if you're manager is happy with you. 6. They have unlimited leaves policy so that people don't end up using leave quota and only take 10-12 leaves in a year. Manager even cancel leaves and not approve WFH, and you end up with LOP. 7. Even if your team does not have enough work to make your work life balance bad, they will humiliate and bully you for every small mistake. 8. First they will put you on notice period saying your performance is below par, then when they could figure out you’re not able to find another job they’ll pushyou take an early release and they won’t charge you a penny in the name of recovery period, and in case you go to them for early release they’ll make sure you pay for the recovery days even when the manager is aligned for early release. Such hypocrites work here, especially in the hotel supply division! Even the manager will expect you to work for atleast 12 hours a day, they will shout at you for little mistakes in front of everyone to humiliate you and HR will still support your manager!
