Being product based org, if you are working in the delivery team, then there's hardly anything new to learn for you apart from plain SQL and majesco's internal product. Payscale changes are minor and dont even beat yearly inflation sometimes.

Work-Life Balance: Management often expects you to be available at all times (On every Weekend!!!!), without regards for personal life. Even when on Vacation or 1 day Leave you need to carry Laptop for emergency and expected to be available when called. So many constraints on available Leaves, so that employees end up losing them. Technology: is outdated, providing little opportunity for gaining valuable experience as per Industry demands. HR: No support to employees in case of conflict with Manager or another team member Management: Managers rely on outdated Management methods or only suitable for certain domains, believing it will enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
