ATCHUTAPURAM My name is sriram, I am going to resign with painful of heart. I have competed 4 years in this company. I done all assign jobs. Even during vaccination I involved an completed it for all employees and workers without any interest. For any kind of job I tried give my best effort. Management not told ever to improve any point official. But local management( ATCHUTAPURAM Unit management) saying “Don’t involve Sriram” – “Don’t encourage Sriram”. I know management is saying in my absence. It is not good. Management should told mistake to me direct. I think that Management is thinking that I am useless person. But, All work is doing me only. All supervisors and S.O gone and Sriram was there to handle. But no appreciation. So, I am resigning and going to join with 33000/- salary. I am very thankful to management to give family accommodation. I am praying every success of this company. I know company is very good but LOCAL MANAGEMENT ATCHUTAPURAM UNIT NOT GOOD. maithan alloys company is good Find out what your Local management (ATCHUTAPURAM Unit) is doing.
