Excellent work culture, reach in technology, processes and knowledge. Lot of opportunities for freshers to gain knowledge in the fields of Thermodynamics, E&E, Heat exchangers mfg. Enjoyed every moment spent at MBIPL

Dislikes

Very slow growth for undergraduates or diploma holders. Such employees with wide experience should be privileged. Many talented and experienced team members could have been retained rather loosing them.
