I don't like here HR team they are not care to employee. And employee problem. When a employee giving a resign they are not to talk with him why you leave our organisation. I respect to Mahindra and some politics doing here branch manager or territory managers or state heads. HR was to personally talk with employe why you leaving are you have pressure which type pressure you are facing here like this . HR team was doing job like seeing film.
