I am happy because I was the part of the company. My teammates came from different background & culture. They also help me in my work. My training was held in Raipur. I am satisfied that training. The main plus point is job security. The company gave me lots of opportunities. My REPORTING OFFICER Mr. KOUSTUBH DESHPANDE is most lovable, helpful & a person of funtastic knowledge of law field. He had solution every law problem. The salary/appraisal is not satisfied in current time. But the other benefits like Travel Claim, Mobile Claim & Medical Claim are supported & beneficial to the employee. The company had provided me lots of knowledge of my field. Dislikes

The growth in the company is slow. At the time of work the pressure is high in DJFM Target & in month end. The actual work is start after every 20th day of the month. Also there is no satisfied growth in appraisal. Sometime one can't manage the work & life balance. The individual salary is much low than today's life.
