It's a best place to work with work satisfaction coz here we are learning about housing loan concepts at rural areas where the villagers required this kind of help ..!! And in india till date 60% population residing in rural areas so in terms of business it's good and you have a opportunity to serve them well so now I geeting both things skills development and services ..

We are not working in full flags in bihar we are only in 10 districts so company should starts working in all over district in bihar .. You can say here is some slow growth ..
