One of the best logistics environment i ever seen, In our cluster everyone were below 26 so imagine how will be the workplace look like. Management were very much supportive and flexible with our ideas, can learn everything for a logistics need u can gain experience here quickly and can apply for a much well reputed logistics firm.

Dislikes

There is no proper infrastucture like, restrooms ,cafeteria, adequate chairs to sit. Salary is decent for a freshers bt for a 3 years experience guy it is bad. Appraisal is quite decent. Leave will be a problem for the guys beacause its 24/7 firm.

At first i was doubted in every process which i do correctly, but seniors helped me in every time whenever i asked them a doubt , i almost worked in every department of the company except manager roles ..ha haa jus kidding,..

I have worked for around 4 years, in the initial stages the company provided good competition and facilities, and the overall learning was great and had lots of improvement in my career life

Dislikes

Unlike initial year of the company, the company had low performance in the market and customer satisfaction was really not that good in the recent years. The salary was reduced before covid-19 due to company liability,and again redused during lockdown. During lockdown I was informed to resign as a part of layoffs. While so many other companies felt sympathy and have given lockdown period salary and extra benefits to its employees. Rivigo didn't bother to do any such actions. Work Details

At the initial stage though the salary and learning was good compared to other logistics the work and life balance was very disappointing. Extended hours of shift without extra pay was really a negetive aspect that the higher management exploit.
