Poor salary and incentives there is no career growth i already worked with them almost 6 year in same position they only change grade not your work profile. I really love my job wanted to work harder but it paye nothing to employees in return and ultimately it demotivates them which will leads them to leave there jobs and look forward to some other options, This is how they loose there best employees. Instead of doing appraisals and promotion of existing staff and motivating them... They start searching for replacement and they gonna pay higher salary to new employee with zero experience but not agree to increase the salary of existing employees. Also there is lots of politics, if you are looking for good career growth so don't work with them...Read More
