I think Mahindra Finance is the only company having sucha great work culture. I Have seen people switching back to mahindra even after leaving the company. Company wins the award of 'Best Place to work' every year and that shows in day to day operations.

Dislikes

The company has created such a great environment in itself that people like coming to office, all the festivals are celebrated in the office and their is a sense of good interpersonal relation among employees which shows the values of the company. Best company in the Finance industry
