Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I feel very glad with MMFSL journey, I crossed 5+ years but same role same grade no more promotions that's why I'm disappointed last appraisal, any way this is my first company I love the fact that I am a part of a team.another positive point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.
