Very much work pressure, No worklife balance even weekend also you need to come half of the time and you have to work on shifts also.

Dislikes

There are good company policies, procedures, process and protocols. But, many people violates and there won't be any action...in fact management supports such people. Highly pathetic... Huge politics... No recognition...there are plenty of inefficient people just to manage than really working people.... Purely partiality...

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
