Personally I felt a bit ignorance as I am north indian. For career growth I have some doubts. As for one area we have to work for min 3 years and to explore all validation related work we have to wait for 12-15 years. Thats the only big disadvantage I feel here.

my work is slightly challenging as I have to look for durability of the complete vehicle and for one project there will be lots of vehicle to monitor. Something missed and you will get to listen from all sides and that makes me sharp in the field.
