I likes that company too much because of only learning were too much, If u get quality department in carrier starting in Mahindra than u very luch, I can say that your future is secured now after joining Mahindra and Mahindra in quality department.

Dislikes

One thing that have to improve Mahindra other companies does confirm employees after DET period complete but still there is no policy. How type your work was not depends u have to go out after 3 years( now they are taking for 1 year) But i you are getting 2 years that definitely join and lern how to work.

No time limit, i had worked 18 hours or more . No extra money they give c/off per extra hours but this is not right they don't give it also. Work-life not balance they think men , labour, new students engineers diploma holder are like donkey or machines . I saw many friends of mine arefacing this and if you raise your voice you will throughout of the job. I ignore this type of companies and i prefer to be unemployed better than workworking like this company....Read More

They don't care about there employees, they give you salary for 8 hours but they will take your 12 or 13 hours . Nepotism is everywhere because i had worked under that guy who don't know how to send a mail . My English may be not perfect but you can sense it . Thanks
