Company thinks a lot about employees personally too likewise they give leverage in timings depending upon the situation but employee's wants to avail that benefit by cribbing all the time so here company have to understand these are not the situation which is not ending up other employees are also there who can create same thing by seeing them.

I joined mahima because I need to try real estate marketing and I done pretty well in my 1.9 year tenure.

Dislikes

Salaries are never on time. Sometimes it's on 15 n sometimes it's on 20 -25. No growth in company. If you ask for increment Hr says itni to meri bhi nhe hai.

Company provides ample opportunities and great platform to explore and learn new things. respected CMD Sir & Director Sir is so positive and adaptive in trying new things in the company for the betterment of the organisation. As I had worked in Digital Marketing Department, like to say that my reporting manager is so negative and greedy, he is the only reason due to which We had to leave the such wonderful organisation. He always use false language for the management and HR, and creating unnecessary pressure on the team. He use to put unreasonable demandin front of management like "Mujhe ek I Phone toh milna chahiye" and many more like this, even he asked the entire team to do the same.
