Dislikes

I found Nothing to dislike. They all train you to be best and independent in your field. One of the Best company to work and for over all development. Growth dependent on the amount of knowledge and quality of work one does..and is very subjective.

Work Details

Dependent upon the number of projects one is handling...it's sometimes hectic but never boring. One can always learn something new everyday. It's always exciting to learn more.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
