This is full of politics company. It's not institute.

1) less lectures provided. 2) lecture rate per hour is very low. 3) payment comes in 5-6 months late . 4) company work culture is very irritating. 5) Employees as well as seniors try to pull down each other and co-workers 6) Head never listen to your concern.
