Team Mates:- Among the Teammates one spy is there who is controlled by Head Office and they interested in employees Personnel life. Job Security:- No Job Security, they force to Resign you by following way 1st:- After several year of teaching and taking Lecture at this Company they reply that Employees does not have any teaching skill and they force to Resign 2nd:- They use Employees personnel photo and force to give proper explanation and Resign from Company 3rd they male false Allegation to their employees and force to give Resign 4th:- They called employee to their head office for annual Appraisal without giving any Reimbursement and insult their Employees in one to one meeting 5th:- During meeting they force to open Lock of Smartphone and they check All of your Data which is in WhatsApp Facebook or Messenger and also access Contact List and sometimes they did it by using specific software Note- The above are few example and many More Examples are present Career Growth:- Not any Growth in this Company Politics:- Politics is Everywhere in this Company Salary:- Salary is not on time, you got salary after 20th to 25 day day of next month they did not reimburse any amount on Sunday working or OVERTIME duty if you ask from Management they Reply is....
