These people bring the staff at less salary. Without certificate and completely non medical staff. They bring on the person and let them learn here for some mnths at that period of time they make fake certificates of them as they are from medical field from some colleges and all by giving money. They search for people who are like waiting for some exams or backlogs or left colleges or the person who wanted to do job but no certified certificates and all.
