There is nothing to like actually .probably this is a scam

I rcvd a call from a girl and she told me that my cv was shortlisted. I should attend the interview and there is no money involved in selection process . After i gave that interview they are askig money 3000 for training . And i did some research abaut and communicate with some locals , & they are saying that this is a fraud
