Terrible company to work for, actually it's not a company it's a place where these come to vent out their frustration. This business is managed by 2 brothers and 2 sisters and all 4 of them are never in sync with eachother. One of the sisters have issues with all the employees, for her humans working in her dad's company are servants. She doesn't know anything except some bits of finance but with weird attitude tries to overpower everyone Just do research and find out when do they release salary? When do they give promotions? You will be surprised....except 2nd Saturday all Saturdays are working...their office environment is the most depressing place because of sweet-politics (on your face good but always plotting something or the other) This place is fine if you are jobless or not finding any job in the market....they even prefer such candidates. Just check the background of their current employees you will relate to the above statement. If you are good at politics, go ahead they need you...else don't ruin your life.
