I performed my role as a family member, I have been satisfied of my job, many times opportunities have been providing me to develop and prove myself in front of Managing Directors, Senior Leaders and as well as senior staff, consequently accept the challenges and developed accordingly. I have not only proven myself as well as done the service full dedication. With support of Team Leaders I would continue and delivered my best services with seniors support, guidance and cooperation. This company helps to learn these activities:Recruitment,exit interview,induction and orientation, training's etc.Company gave me so many challenges but i always stand on my toes i never gave up.And also help to face the challenges which was very crucial.
