Government rules for Promotions based on Seniority. No out of turn promotions. No monetary benefit for quality work. Lack of in house technical expertise in some of the latest technologies.

Only Pain, No gain! I regret today, it was formally had got insulted and embarrassed during this period. 1. They didn't provide Engineer apprentice training as I had been working with DBA employees, whereas diploma apprentices had been providing well-training. 2. They had been provided a 5K stipend for Engineer Apprentice which wasmuch less, whereas the diploma trainees had got a stipend that was 11K which was double that of Engineer Apprentice. 3. Totally useless- 1-year time-wasting, No knowledge, No experience for fresher engineers. 4. I couldn't apply for a good job as well, as I was unable to explain what I did during this period....Read More
