Every body works for a money (salary) only in any company, here there is no such any standard date for salary credit, it may credit on 7th or 15th or 25th even after a month also. There is no increment or promotion regularly, occasionally it may happen like once in 3 or 4 years.

Name bade hai and darshan khote hai company k. Upto 6 - 6 months Salary holding issue in the company.. Company management is 3rd class because there is no system.
