The company is a joint venture of GAIL and BPCL. I like to work in the operation and Maintenance department with my seniors. The work environment is great all employ will guide you in a proper direction. you will learn the latest technology in your field. You will learn how to work as a Team. Great Experience I had in MNGL.

No teamwork in the company, whatever job is assigned you have to do at your own risk no support or guidance from Senior authority. In 1 year 5 month period no training has been arranged for Trainee Engineer. Job Security is good. If we look for career growth in 'MNGL' as a Fresher, I do not prefer as a start. Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire site work of Operation and Maintenance Department like Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, etc. All the Travel to a site in a day gets a little hectic sometimes.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
