First of all trust me. Here in Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited you will not even like being here. No Clear HR Policies. No Clear Work Culture. No Appreciation. No New Challenges. No Senior is ready to adopt new structure or even working method. You will find no one to look upto. No expection from senior about the guidance or support. Every senior is happy with the work done, how it is done, who did the work doesn't even matter. You want credit of the work, you should be a politician by mouth. Come to office on time be a slave and reurn home with the responsibility of 24 Hrs. Zero personal and professional growth, you should be sloth at work to enjoy. Every senior tries to make you feel underpower and helpless. In short toxic environment. If you want a sloth life and ready to take the blames of others you are the perfect one to join MNGL. See yourself as a slave every morning and take the labour cost at the end of the month. I wont call this as a corporate office rather Shop filled with labours will be the appropriate word. Self respect, what is that; forget if you want a happy hour spending at work. You dont require any technical knowledge to join. Just your links should be strong to reach upto a political leader and boom, congratulations you will be hired for an on roll position. Talking about HR department... who are they? Really! Go to the HR Department and you will see the staff talking about their household chores, relatives and discussing about the hotel or resort name to which an unnecessary event is to be oraganized. Keeping the record of tea powder and sugar in excel sheets and mocking the pantry and cleaning staff. I bet if anyone knows about the exams like GATE CAT and the institutes like IIT and IIM. Ask them about the other resort you a have a picture of and boom they know the name of that resort and the location.
