1. Mahyco has a good cultured environment. 2. Freedom to work. 3. Mahyco always recognizes the good work. 4. Mahyco gives you an ample space & time to develop your skills. 5. Mahyco is a forerunner in technology front.

1. The decisions by the management company is just taken only by some non-practical members of the company. (There is no self- assessment by the management.) 2. Weak R&D. No new product given. 3. Mahyco focuses more on the presentation of the people and not on the reality of them.
