I worked at Mahyco for 27 years and learned every aspect of how the company operates. I received many promotions during my time there, which shows that Mahyco values and rewards good work. Dislikes

Job security at Mahyco is very poor, no matter how long you have been with the company. Things were good until 2022, but since the new head of department came in, favouritism has become a problem, people from hod's state seem to get all the top positions. The company has also started a new way of firing which didn't exist until 2019, employees that involves unnecessary harassment not related to work. if this method doesn't work employees are forced to resign, which is a unfair practice. Your past contributions are ignored, and you might be let go even if you have personal responsibility.
