Those who have passion for working in Emergency, This is the best job for them.You get to handle emergency cases on your own.You get to help the poor and needy.You have to undergo an 18 days compulsory training in emergency.Also BLS And ACLS certified by American heart association.In all a very good experience of working in MEMS .

Dislikes

The compensation for saving lives is not at par.In fact it's less than the salary of a govt hospital WARD BOY.Sometimes you have to shift patients from pmc hospitals to other govt hospitals, which is worthless job, as these patients are most of the time non emergency cases.There is nobody to help u as only the doctor and drive has to someone's loft the patient .No PF/ Insurance/Medi claim/ Salary slip....Read More

As described above, if you have a passion for emergency and helping others, then this is a good job for you.As for me I enjoy my work as I get to save lives for free.
