This organisation is good for slow working persons or persons in their 40’s. As majority senior leadership is in 40’s and think like same. For company growth implementation of new strategies and working on case studies is must required which they don’t follows l. If you are yes boss type persons then it is right place for you.

Dislikes

Working culture is average, feels like working in 90’s. In 20’s they are working on 80’s-90’s strategies, just because of their such things, they are not growing their selves and blames employees for non performance. Even they are putting their efforts more than expected. They really need to work on work strategies and implement equality in company.
