Excellent work culture. 100% job security. HR policies are changed with change in top boss which is little disturbing. Inflationary impact on monetory benefits (salaries) is not taken care of. Promotion becoming very difficult as outside agencies who may not know functionalities of individual executive are partially taking care of ratings by common online tests.
