I am engaged with O&M department of Mahanagar Gas, at initial I was in after sales section of O&M where I could not learn anything actually there was nothing to learn thereafter I place in steel department where I learnt but not satisfied. Apart from leaning and skill development they provide good facility to thier employees

Dislikes

The bad thing is that if a candidate placed in a particular department then it is difficult for candidate to change his department as per his/her choice.

Work place ,career,salary,culture,training,work life balance is very excellent but no security of job as after training i am working as TPI since 2004 till date but company has not absorbed me as a executive till date.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
