They give you time to learn things. Higher authority helps and teach best working method. They try to teach you small things related to the work. If you are new then they ask your interest and give the work you do better.

No Insurance for office staff. Rules are very strict. No lunch break time. Strict Timings. They can hear you any time if you are working in office. No local holidays. They do not accept candidates who frequently change jobs. 60% staff is working for more than 20 years. 100% safe for ladies as the entire office covered by CCTV. The company bears 10% cost of the vehicle for those who work for 3 years.
