I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Good work environmental & culture. There is a huge criteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good 👍 & they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is descent but career growth slow. There bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I learn everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a teste of different roles within the same team
