Appointed as a trainee in the Admin Department in 2018, Still Working With them, during his course of duration I have learned and grown a lot from a technical aspect. A good place to begin, the crew always are helpful. All Members of the company Directly approachable. Good Company for freshers begins with Excellent Environment

The management is very poor. They always do micro management. Policies are so pathetic that you will feel like you are working in a school 😆 The management change there policies as per their wish. They have a bond for every year. At starting they will not disclose this. Slowly you will get to know. They have sandwich leave policy, for public holidays also. So if you are joining this company forget about your vaccination and personal commitments. They torcher the employee like anything. Too much work pressure. Having very partial policy the juniors don't get 2 days week off, it's only for the seniors. They have WFH policy and if you ask for it they will have a mini heartattack 😂 The laptop never work, internet issue is major, office don't open at time. Don't think it as a MNC they are not. It's a kind of family business they are running and runing the life of young talents. They have spy in their floor who will report each and every thing to the HR and management. The HR is just a puppet of the management, she don't have her own voice, and knows nothing about HR policies. People are not cooperative, you can't trust anyone. A lot of politics happens on the floor. The Management is always behind cutting the salary of employees. Salary is not justified with the work. Regarding the policy they actually have employer centric p If you want appraisal you have to sign a bond again, and this policy they will only disclose at the time of your appraisal. So I think you are getting how they trap people 😅 So if you want to sacrifice your mental peace, family life, and health.
