This company is a largest manufacturer of two peice flex plate. The work is done in a very systematic way. My department team is very cooperative they always supports and make learn their responsibilities. I always enjoying my work with my team.

Good work environment and culture.. Seniors are fully supportive and the management is transparent. there is a canteen for best lunch ever.. company policies are good and fair.

Magna Rico is good company but After merger with Rico Auto become new company Rico Fluidetronics Ltd. Now these r very bad for Salry deduction in Covid 19 before and after 1year 10% to 25% deduction.
