Only one person is a problematic- he is none another than a Plant General Manager of Sanand Division. He is over ruling the decisions of HOD's. He is Taking personally for any issues when it comes to his ego, whether it is at down level or upper level employees. Also, he is much interested to know the gossiping going in & around of the plant. When I was good to him, he had rejected my resignation & also not allowed me to go Pune COSMA plant through IJP opportunity. But, now when the relation got spoiled (due to customer debit issue- in this I got clean chit) but his ego got hurt & later due to the pandemic reason he had pressurized me to give resign despite of my HOD's concurrence. Infact my HOD & HR team fought with him & got the 6 months extension approval, but he didn't kept his promise & immediately after the approval on next working day he had asked HR team to take resign from me....Read More
