Work Details

I started my career as Account manager and promoted as an ASM in 3rd year and it was good working in that company. Only negative point is company will be very much selfish on their point of view they don't even think or listen to others opinion or ideas.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
