It was extremely different organisation from other timeshare company in term of work life balance but actually situation is more or less same here in magic also.

Leadership team is least concern about their dr's and middle management is also under fear of loss so they actually do want other to perform. Not comfortable we others only comfortable with their old subordinates. Most importantly zonal head is not more than a unit manager because they never want to pass on the authority to city or circle head .
