The company has the capability to grow very easily.

Dislikes

Hiring and job security. One man can't take the company to the top. It's very simple every individual working for the company has the responsibility to do it and the top management has to understand that. They have crashed many individual's career. Work Details

To grow up the team and the sales & business. However opportunities given is very less to prove myself. Within four months three different set of people were given under me to improve the sales & every month the sales number & Target given were different.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
