I like the nature of the first company of my life, I was not expecting that, i was becoming too much friendly and familiar in that environment. I am learning a lot of things that I will never forget in my whole life like how to talk, Communication skills which really matters a lot in any IT field, and i Am really much happier for how much everyone was being friendly with me, even i really miss a so much of my first team. If you are fresher then, to be honest, Really it is a very excellent place to learn and grow yourself in very different ways. Your communication skills and presentation skills will be better which is the most important thing in IT field..

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
