Always a leader and performer company. Management is so vibrant that they apply all better and different throught process . Like they started finance policy for exporter to not only to have 100% control but participation in value addition where investment is less but return is more than 10%. Launched train loadings in covid when nothing was moving maersk was on top. On boarded people from different industry to have insight of their business and control.Launched spot loadings now followed by trade and many leading companies . Now launched blockspace and blocked booking for everyone- even on key port pair . Not seen in last 5 yrs any other company brought new work policies and vibrant setup . Only lacking possibly with carrier is people success and gelling to expectations of company policy. People makes policy successful....Read More

Dislikes

Not exactly dislike but fact that it's not client centric it's having more banking with system and limited authority to dealing desk. So as mentioned above it's lack of better finding of people , who can make company policy successful and add glory to organisation and success irrespective of toughest conditions.

I loved working in the beginning of my tenure but later things started to change..may that's the way it is...else it's a lovely place to work with..👍

There is lot of politics and openly seen by staffs but no one bothers or takes a step... salary is good but career growth is bad cos preferences are given and not taken basis talents. Appraisals are not fairly done and cos of that salary hike gets affected..
