MAERSK is really great company to work with all the benefits. In my last company during third phase of COVID my salary was cut down 👎 though that company is one of the largest company of Media. Thanks to Maersk. I really recommend this employee friendly company.

The company had a good and sensitive work culture that was ruined by nepotism and poor micromanagement. People like Vinay P and Akhil Satpute are the worst. One takes benefit of female colleagues in the name of promotion and the other abuses the colleagues verbally. The ESS is a hoax. Work habits are bad. No one wants to work, no strict HR policies. All have turned a blind eye. They only hire Malayalis and promote Malayalis. Even there is a Malayali Team Manager with no Team at all. No projects are ever successful, No one have Dollar vision towards a project. No one drives no one governs. management gives Projectonly to those who are to be ousted. No Gender sensitivity. Female colleagues face many issues, they are not promoted or supported until they find a JL5 or JL6 to support them. They promote nepotism in the worst manner.
