I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Job insecurity,Nepotism,hiring of known family members and friends. Discrimination ,Humiliation basis personal liking and disking by Dr Prashant Vashistha,Dr Sukrit Kumar and Suman Yadav . They are most horrible management to work with.They have taken job of many hard working employees .There is only gossip culture here.
